Danny R. Wells Jr. – Owner & Chief Officer of Field Operations

Experience: 18+ years in X-ray INDUSTRIAL NDT, 30+ years in construction and general labor. Worked across WY, ND, CO, NM, TX, LA, OK, NE, WA, OR, MO, IL, & AR. Industry experience includes oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, and construction mechanical.

Certifications: RSO Training by Lamco, SafeLand Card, OSHA Certified, TWIC Cardholder, Certified in Source Retrieval, Passport Holder.

Skills: X-Ray Radiography, NDT Techniques (UT, MT, PT, RT, DR), Safety Protocols, Quality Control, Team Leadership, Image Analysis Software, Field Operations Supervision, Dispatch, Digitizing/File Storage, Billing, Fleet Maintenance, Talent Management, Customer Relations, and Project Management.

Carla Chatham Walker – Radiation Safety Officer

Experience: 21+ years in NDT, 8 years as Site RSO, and 8 years as Increase Control Officer. Worked across NM, TX, UT, FL, and LA.Certifications: RSO Trained under Richard Walker and Greg Tedford, SafeLand Card, OSHA Certified.
Skills: X-Ray Radiography, NCCER OQ Training, ISNET & Veriforce Program Management, State Audits & Compliance.
